You really get to see the appeal of Alexander the Great as a leader. Although he is in command, he connects indidually with his soldiers, giving a better aspect that he is in fact one of them. The appeal of any great leader is your soldiers not thinking of self and following commands. As in this video his soldiers, although fearful, are still in line for the impending war.
